We want it to be easy to get up and going with digital video meetings from the start. That’s why we’ve launched a new feature: Take a tour.
When you log in for the first time, you’ll get a short step-by-step guide showing you how to:
- Set up your digital waiting room
- Invite colleagues
- Start and run a video call
It only takes a few minutes. You can skip the tour if you prefer – or come back to it later.
If you’re already are a set up users, you can find the tour anytime under Profile > Support > Take a tour.
We’ve also made it easier to share feedback directly in the interface. If something is unclear or you have suggestions for improvement, you can now send us your thoughts and feedback.
