Your invited visitors can join a digital waiting room from a tablet, mobile phone, or computer. Through the portal, you as a user can see visitors waiting in the lobby and then choose to start a meeting from there, where you bring your authenticated meeting participants into the meeting.

Your visitor confirms their identity through BankID or other secure authentication. The invited person waits in a digital waiting room and is only admitted when the meeting organizer starts the meeting.

As the meeting organizer, you see that your visitor has arrived in the lobby, and you start a meeting to which you add one or more people. You can also add colleagues. An encrypted and completely confidential conversation can take place without the risk of intrusion or the risk of sensitive personal data being mishandled.

Because your lobby link is always the same, it is easy to add it to websites, email signatures, and have recurring meetings. You can also copy the link as a QR code to, for example, include it in a letter.
