If your organization has previously used BankID as an authentication method for team members, it needs to be reactivated. For you or your team members to continue logging in with BankID, an owner or administrator must re-enter the information under team members. Each team member can also add their information under Your Profile. Read more here.
Add Your Personal Identification Number
- Log in to the portal.
- Click on your name at the top right corner and select Edit Profile.
- Enter your personal identification number (ensure you select the Swedish flag for Swedish BankID, the Norwegian flag for Norwegian BankID, and the Danish flag for MitID).
- Click Save Profile Changes at the bottom.
Add Personal Identification Number for a Team Member
Note: Only Owners and Administrators can add BankID information for team members.
- Go to Team (in the top navigation) and then select Team Members.
- Here, you will see an overview of all team members and whether they have entered their personal identification number for BankID or not.
- Select the person you want to edit/add a personal identification number for by clicking Edit on the right.
- Enter the personal identification number (ensure you select the Swedish flag for Swedish BankID, the Norwegian flag for Norwegian BankID, and the Danish flag for MitID).
- Click Save.
- The person can now log in with BankID during login.
BankID Not Available as an Option When Your Team Members Log In?
