Are you bothered by echo or feedback in the video meeting? Generally, echo occurs in the video meeting under the following scenarios:
Are you in the same room as another meeting participant?
Echo or feedback can occur if another participant has their microphone and/or speaker on in the same room as you. For the best results, if you are participating from the same location, use the same device for the video meeting or choose separate rooms for meeting participants.
This can also be solved by ensuring one of you have both the sound and microphone turned off in the meeting.
Is the microphone close to the speaker?
Feedback can also occur if a participant's microphone is positioned too close to the speaker or audio device.
Poor network connection for any of the participants?
If one or more participants are experiencing a slow or unstable network, this can cause the audio stream to go out of sync, which may result in an echo in the meeting.
