Have you been invited to a meeting? The only things you need to keep in mind as a visitor are these steps below!
Click on the Meeting Link and Log In
Click on the meeting link sent to you by your meeting organizer. Everything happens in your browser, so you don’t need to download any app or create an account. You can easily log in with BankID or another authentication method.
Note: For the SMS login option, your meeting organizer must have activated this for you before logging in.
Check That Everything Works
Follow the flow, allow the browser to use your camera and microphone, set up devices, and we’ll test that everything works before the meeting.
After we’ve tested your network connection, click Continue to Lobby.
Problems or Getting a Red Notification Like This?
If you get a red notification:
You are likely on a network with a blocking firewall. Try connecting from another network, such as via mobile and mobile data. Read more about firewall configuration at docs.compodium.com.
Wait in the Lobby Until Invited to the Meeting
You are now in the lobby, and your meeting organizer is notified that you are waiting. Wait until you are invited to the meeting.
If the lobby has a drop-in function, you will see your number in the queue.
Join the Meeting
You will be notified when you are invited to the meeting.
Click on Join the Meeting.
Done!
You are now in the meeting.

If a meeting does not take place because the meeting organizer does not show up, contact the person who invited you to the meeting. Compodium does not provide meeting scheduling and therefore cannot coordinate communication outside of the service.
