You now see an overview of your pending visitors and the various lobbies you have access to.

Invite Visitors
If you haven't already, invite visitors by sending the lobby link via Invite Visitors to Meeting.
Start meeting
Once the visitor has authenticated, they will appear in the respective lobby, and you can start the meeting immediately.
Click Start Meeting and then select which visitors you want to add to the meeting via the lobby view in the video meeting (see step 6).
Note: If you start the meeting immediately when the visitor appears in the lobby, be aware that the visitor will go through a process to set up their devices, so it may take some time before they appear in the meeting.
Set Up Devices
Go through the process to test everything and set up devices before joining the meeting.
Tip! To ensure everything works (e.g., network connection, device functionality, and no firewall blocks), you can always prepare thoroughly by testing everything. You can also send the test to your meeting participant before the meeting takes place! You can find the test on your Control Panel.
Add Visitors to the Meeting
Go to the lobby view in the meeting (see image below) to select which visitors you want to include in the meeting.
Done!
Your visitor joins the meeting as soon as they click "Join Meeting" and have checked their devices and possibly their background image. After the meeting ends, ensure you click End Meeting so that the meeting concludes for all participants.
Want to Start a Meeting with Another Team Member?
You can either add them directly to the meeting if they are in the same lobby as you, or use the online team members function.
